Digital Onboarding Requirements

Giving Waybetter full access to Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics will allow us to have a comprehensive understanding of the current landscape and the potential impact of the changes we will be making on your behalf. If you have a strong internal technical team with a good understanding of tag management best practices, ask them to assign the appropriate privileges to us for your deployment.

Google Tag Manager 

1. Log in to https://tagmanager.google.com 

2. Click the triple dot icon under the container associated with your website > User Management 

3. Click the blue plus icon > add user 

a. Add Users 

i. Email address: wbm@waybettermarketing.com

ii. Account permissions: 

     1. Administrator: Checked 

2. Container permission > Set All > Publish: Checked 

4. Click the Invite button 

Google Analytics (GA4 Properties)

1. Log in to https://analytics.google.com 

2. Click the gear icon (Admin) in the lower left  

3. Under the Account column select Account Access Management  (Image 2)

4. Click the blue plus icon > add user  

a. Add Users  

b. Email address:  wbm@waybettermarketing.com

c. Notify new users by email: Checked 

d. Permissions:  

i. Edit: Checked 

ii. Manage Users: Checked 

5. Click the Add button  

Google Ads

1. Log in to ads.google.com

2. Click the gear icon (Admin) on the left sidebar  

3. Click Access and security. (Image 3)

4. Click the blue plus icon > add user  

a. Add Users  

b. Email address: wbm@waybettermarketing.com

5. Click the Add button 

META (Facebook + Instagram + Ads Manager)

Please send over the following info for Waybetter to gain access to the Facebook Page, Instagram, and Ads Manager:

Option 1:

Have an admin of your Business Manager account go to the settings (https://business.facebook.com/settings) and please select your business manager account

Go to the Ad Account tab in their Business Manager and click Assign Partner and add our ID # (provided from your Account Manager)

In the Ad Account tab please click your ad account and grant "Full Control” or “Manage Campaign” access. Please do the same for your pixel and Pages (Classic Page), and Instagram Accounts.

Option 2:

Please provide us with your Facebook account's Business ID

How to locate Business ID on Facebook:

1. Go to Business Settings. 

2. Click Business Info. 

3. Below Business Manager Info you'll see your ID number.
